Mark Eldore, M.D.
Dr. Eldore was born in Spokane, Washington. In 1988, he married his high-school sweetheart and began the educational process that would eventually lead to his medical degree. He is a dedicated husband and father and loves, above all else, spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Dr. Eldore graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska in 1995. Afterwards, he and his family moved to Temple, Texas to complete his OB/GYN residency training program at Scott and White Hospital until 1999. He spent the next 4 years practicing medicine in The United States Air Force at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana. His desire to return to Texas brought him to Athens in 2003, where he planted roots, raised his family, and has since own & operated his medical practice. Dr. Eldore began adding aesthetic services, such as Botox and Juvederm filler, to his practice in 2006. In 2022, Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician, Haley Massey & Licensed Cosmetologist, Aspen Darden joined his practice. Together, they offer a variety of aesthetics treatments, skin care, laser services, and permanent cosmetics. In search of natural hormone replacement options for his patients, Dr. Eldore became a certified provider & instructor for Biote Medical. He has been providing this therapy for men and women since 2010. His passion is to help his patients feel their best and age healthier by offering personalized care plans & precision treatments.
Kaylie A. Eldore-Temporal

Kaylie Eldore-Temporal, PA-C, was born in Washington State and spent the next several years moving throughout the U.S. for her father’s medical education and training. Kaylie moved with her family to Athens in 2003. She attended the University of Texas at Tyler and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduation, Kaylie was accepted into the Texas Tech University Physician Assistant program where she received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Kaylie lives in Tyler with her husband and two small sons, and has been providing women’s healthcare & Biote hormone therapy at Monarch Women’s Health & Med Spa in Athens since 2014, and loves what she does! Kaylie has always had an interest in working in women’s health. “I understand how nervous female patients can be when they have to visit their doctor or health care provider about ‘female issues’. My goal is to help ease that anxiety as much as I can while helping patients with their health concerns, questions, and wellness.”

Aspen’s love for the arts has been in full force since her early teens. She has been a portrait artist for over half of her life. Aspen has always aspired to have an occupation in an artistic field, so she continued her art training in college at TVCC Athens in 2014. The following year she went through training to be a Licenced Cosmetologist at TVCC Palestine. Aspen joined Dr. Eldore’s practice in early 2020 and has continued to grow and blossom within the clinic. She went through extensive permanent cosmetic training in early 2021 at Unique Brow Design Academy in Tyler TX. Since then Aspen has continued education and has added many skin care and cosmetic treatments to her repertoire. She is your go to girl for anything from facials, lash lifts and head spa treatments to permanent cosmetics and everything in between!
