Mark Eldore, M.D.
Dr. Mark Eldore was born in Spokane, Washington. In 1988, he married his high school sweetheart and began his educational journey toward earning a medical degree. He is a devoted husband and father who cherishes spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Dr. Eldore graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska in 1995. After graduation, he and his family moved to Temple, Texas, where he completed his OB/GYN residency at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, finishing in 1999. Following his residency, he spent four years practicing OB/GYN in the United States Air Force at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana. In 2003,
Dr. Eldore returned to Texas, establishing his roots and raising his family while operating his medical practice. Between 2006 and 2010, he received training in injectables including Botox and Juvederm fillers, as well as bioidentical testosterone and estrogen replacement therapy. He introduced these services to his practice in 2006 and has continued to expand them ever since.
Dr. Eldore and his certified staff offer a variety of aesthetic treatments, skincare services, laser treatments, and permanent cosmetics. Dr. Eldore’s passion is to help his patients feel their best and age healthily through personalized care plans and precise treatments.
Kaylie A. Temporal, PA-C
Kaylie Eldore-Temporal, PA-C, was born in Washington State and spent several years moving across the U.S. due to her father’s medical education and training. In 2003, her family settled in Athens, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Tyler, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following her graduation, Kaylie was accepted into the Physician Assistant program at Texas Tech University, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
Currently, Kaylie lives in Tyler with her husband and two young sons. Since 2014, she has provided women’s healthcare and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy at Monarch Women’s Health & Med Spa in Athens, a role she is passionate about.
Kaylie has always been dedicated to working in women’s health. “I understand how nervous female patients can be when visiting their doctor or healthcare provider for ‘female issues.’ My goal is to help ease that anxiety while addressing their health concerns, questions, and wellness.”
In addition to her primary focus, Kaylie offers both traditional and specialty Botox treatments for lip flips, pre-jowls, and marionette lines. She also provides a wide range of laser treatments, including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, IPL/photo facials, and tattoo reduction. She enjoys delivering effective laser treatments for patients struggling with acne, acne scars, melasma, and rosacea.

Aspen Gorden's passion for the arts has been evident since her early teens, during which she has been a portrait artist for over half her life. Aspiring to have a career in the artistic field, she pursued further art training at TVCC Athens in 2014. The following year, she received her training to become a Licensed Cosmetologist at TVCC Palestine.
In early 2020, Aspen joined Dr. Eldore’s practice, where she has continued to grow and excel. In early 2021, she underwent comprehensive training in permanent cosmetics at Unique Brow Design Academy in Tyler, Texas. Since then, Aspen has pursued ongoing education, expanding her skill set to include a variety of skincare and cosmetic treatments.
